PRODUCT ADVANTAGE
1、利用逆流冷卻原（yuán）理對高溫、高濕的顆粒進行冷卻，避免了（le）冷風與熱料直接 接觸而產生驟冷現象，因而能防止顆粒產生（shēng）表麵開裂。
2、新八角型（xíng）冷（lěng）卻箱體設計，無冷卻死角。
3、采用閉風器進（jìn）料（liào），進風麵積大，冷卻效果顯著。
4、 采用滑（huá）閥往複式排料機構，運動平穩、可靠，殘留小。
5、能耗低、操作簡便。
6、冷卻後成品溫（wēn）度不（bú）高（gāo）於室溫+3°C〜5°C，適（shì）用（yòng）於顆粒物料的冷卻。
7、 也有翻板式（shì）排料機構的卻器可供選（xuǎn）擇，采用液壓驅動的排料機構，多用於膨化、 膨脹料的冷卻。
